Diffuser: This is a great oil to diffuse in the air. Diffuse White Fir on its own or combine with other conifers and/or citrus essential oils. The aroma will add a crisp fresh scent to the air. Inhaler: Inhale as needed for allergy relief using a blank inhaler.
Massage Oil: Blend 6–10 drops of white fir in 1 oz. of Carrier Oil (olive oil or any vegetable oil). Massage into those over-tired and sore muscles. Massage into arthritic pain.
