Essential oil extractor operation process:

1. Install the instrument and add distilled water without floating.

2. Cut the material as much as possible into the material basket covered with a layer of gauze. Place the material basket in the instrument and tighten the instrument cover bolts one by one.

3. Place a triangular bottle at the oil and water outlet to receive the oil-water mixture.

4. Pass tap water into the condenser and keep a small flow rate.

5. Turn on the power switch, adjust the power adjustment knob to the maximum, and the instrument enters the heating state.

6. When the oil-water outlet has an oil-water mixture flowing out, the power can be adjusted to control the distillation speed of the oil-water mixture.

7. Separate the essential oil with a separatory funnel.

Plants containing volatile substances can be used as samples for the extraction of essential oils. Commonly used and rich in volatile substances are mint, orange peel, lavender, rose, and geranium. Essential oils are divided into four grades, namely pure dew, perfume grade, food grade, Pure Essential Oil (low to high).
