Suggested recipe:
Mix 7 drops of sweet orange oil, 5 drops of grapeseed oil and two drops of Turkish Rose Essential Oil.
Instructions:
You can add 2-3 drops of essential oil to your bath water along with a natural emulsifier like lotion, honey, liquid soap, or sea salt.
Add 5-15 drops of sweet orange oil (or combined with another essential oil) into 50ml of Carrier Oil to make a Massage Oil. For a great aromatherapy experience, add a few drops of sweet orange oil to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam. In addition, diffusers can be used to create a good indoor atmosphere.
